Well, our first cook off during the Coronavirus is in the books. It was a learning curve, but went on without a hitch. The judging was done with each judge having there own packet with wrapped spoons, crackers, pencil and napkins. Saturday we set up 3 tables with chili’s, that tuned out to be rather confusing and was hard to keep social distancing for the judges. So on Sunday we set up one long table and that seem to help with the flow and we were able to keep social distance better. All in all it was a good 2 days!
